FF26F5 and EC26EF?

Hey guys,

Using Bimmerlink, i got this in my permanent errors section:

Code:
Digital Diesel Electronics
2 errors
FF26F5: Unknown error
EC26EF: Unknown error
ISTA doesn't seem to indicate anything and i just got my car from the dealer after having the two NOx sensors replaced and they didnt say anything about it either. The codes were there before i took it to the dealer and after. ISTA picked up everything about the NOx sensors, but i can't find anything about these two. Anyone have an idea? Is it a fluke on Bimmerlink's side?

Old thread, but did you ever find out anything on these codes? I had the FF25F5 code today using BimmerLink. My check engine light turned on and this was the only code that came up in BimmerLink.

Bimmerlink has a bug, those are not the actual codes. The FF and EC is not part of the error code but rather the telegram from the ecu.

Your actual code is 25F5xx

This was easy because there weren't multiples:

0x25F500 Intake air temperature sensor, signal: interruption or short circuit to plus

0x26F500 DeNOx system, efficiency: efficiency too low in range 1

0x26EF00 NOx sensor after DeNOx-Cat, plausibility NOx: NOx-Signal Offset too high on acceleration
