320i N20 error 1C3101 - oil pressure and temperature sensor pressure too high

Hello,
I have a great request for the interpretation of error 1c3101 oil pressure and temperature sensor pressure too high before starting engine. Attached photos from ista.
The error is not visible in and the drive has no check engine only appears when connected to the computer. You can delete it, it pops up from time to time - it is not always usually when the car will not be fired anymore. Perhaps the error appeared after the oil and filter were changed. I have this car for 2 weeks.
Is it possible that the oil level is too high or is it a matter of sensor?
I am asking for help in diagnosing. BMW f30 320i n20 production in July 2015.

Was the engine oil changed recently? If yes - it could be over filled.

I have the same error code. I got a diagnosis test at BMW and they said the Oil/Temp sensor failed. Its supposedly really hard to get to.

If I recall it's on the bottom of the sump under the plastic trays and metal ground out protector. Only thing I can't remember is whether the subframe is in the way.

Obviously you'd need to drain the oil and replace.
