With CIC Head Unit, car must have a Standalone Combox. Does car have CMB_MEDIA Module?

Yes ! In the trunk I've the grey box with indicated "Type : Combox Media BN2010"

BMW Customer Care/ BMW Genius says BMW Apps are no longer supported on my 2013 since the My BMW App is only for vehicles after 2014 model year. Are people still able to use the phone app to connect to the BMW Apps in iDrive? The app on my iPhone constantly crashes when it's connected to the vehicle via USB cable but seems to work when it's not connected.

My car is a 12/12 f31 with entry nav and combox.I retrofited 10.25" display and i enabled the connecteddrive menu with bimmercode but there is no BMW Apps
.Can you help me?

Thanks for great support to community. I retrofitted nbt id6 to my 03/2013 f30. Even if I vo coded 6NR and 609 navigation, I am unable to see Bmw apps and navigation widget on the display. I guess I need FSC codes for 6NR, so could you please help me ? shawnsheridan

In short, you would need a 9C BMW Apps FSC Code and Coding of car, but since BMW AG discontinued the ConnectedDrive App (now only My BMW App), it wont work.

How would I go about enabling BMW apps (specifically for Spotify) on my F30 335i (VIN F095758)

I've performed the map update recently after generating the 1b file etc., which seemed to go well (Does that mean my unit is now patched?).. but am finding the BMW Apps part is a little more fuzzy, as to even if its supported on my CIC Pro

Any help would be appreciated.
I don't have the ConnectedDrive menu if that is relevant.

Is this even worth doing now? I hear that the BMW Apps have been somewhat deprecated?

Does car have Combox (CMB_MEDIA)? And will you be using Android with AAiDrive not iPhone?

I have CMB_MEDIA and no, will be using iPhone only.

Not possible for iPhone anymore. ConnectedDrive App is no longer.

VO coding "6NR" today, having 9C FSC activated, what you can get: only the weather shown on the dash?

It varies by location and what Apps you have installed on Phone (e.g. Spotify, etc.).
