Doubt, to change VO can it be done with the engine running and with full pzdata or does it have to be litle pzdata and engine stopped?

Changing FA and writing modified FA to car can be done with PSdZdata Lite and engine running. Car can also be VO Coded with Engine Running so long as you do NOT code DME / DDE Module.
