I enjoy look at this thread bro. Looking forward in ED in 2014 on an M3/M4. I plan to do Germany, Venice Italy, Paris, Belgium and Netherlands for drop off. When we visited London/Paris and Rome in November last year, i noticed that its very difficult to drive there. Worst is Paris. Thoughts?

I am French, so there isn't really anything offensive to me... i dont care what can be offensive to myself... ... but living in the States, after a while, you learn to tone it down... because anything is offensive to everyone... people here are so neutered?! too sensitive to anything... it's annoying... there is always that legal note to protect yourself against the lawyers... Anyhow... you got it! It's a KA I have a feeling you are not actually from China

Rome is still ok, because it's actually a smaller city than Paris or London... As for Parking in Paris, it's terrible... i have never driven in London so i cannot tell... but i heard it's expensive to go intra-murals... gotta pay tolls! I would suggest you do your ED elsewhere and drive where there are less people and more of a scenic route... you really dont want to waste your time in urban traffic... My family lives there, so i had no choice.

D11-067 a display to be enjoyed by all, D11-068 D11-069 look what i see drive by, but where could they be going ?? :P D11-070 D11-071 A piece of history driving by: i thought i saw a mustache D11-072 I better stop with the photos and start heading to the Ring now before it's too late: D11-073 one more photo: D11-074 Another intereting: D11-075 After all those photo session: the ring it is!! BUT we got here so late, i missed the Ring Taxi by only 30min! SH***####t [QUOTE=svache;11951959] Quote:
The Nurb'Ring is not a track, it's a privately managed public road! Damn me, having too much imagination.. In trying to reach my hotel in a small town of Nurburg, we Somehow go lost and found ourselves on a very expensive 20 kms long toll road that was going no where.... Silly germans for doing a highway that takes you back where you started... i thought i was in some spatial/time warp hole... Quote:
what would my "Luxury" wink wink 4-door Saloon/Sedan do on a track... worthless! But it's ok, because this is my turn to drive now, to really drive in the real sense of it: and My parents have no idea what they are getting into! (neither would they if we were able to catch that fancy white taxi) I dont know which would be worse for them: - riding with a hardcore professional driver doing holigans stuff or - riding with their son trying to show off in his brand new car on a track they never knew about until today: At this point: i made a quick run around the Ring, it was magical, especially being the last few cars on the track for the day... it was empty, slightly wet, but trying up. I couldn't believe i was driving on the NurburgRing, all my hours on the PS3 with GT5 had paid off! all the turns were coming to mind, i knew exactly what to expect on the next one pushing the car and pushing myself... The car behaved very well! with 3 persons onboard, along with all the luggages... (remember we still havent checked into our hotel yet) This is the photos right after my very first run on this mythic / legendary track: I had to let the car breath a little bit, even it really doesn't need to, Maybe the brakes, because and the transmission... but what a great pleasure to be driving the car all day long on the freeway, then take the very same car to the track here you clearly see the size difference between the 5 and the 3: The funny thing: is 2 mins after i finish the run: it was falling down ice for 15-20 mins!!
