[Sprinterman]

Recently lost all sound from CarPlay MMI box but dab and cd sound was ok, no Siri sound. After checking the connections on the back of the headunit and taking half the dash out it still wouldn’t work. I reset the auxiliary in the idrive menu and the sound came back, complete waste of time. The issue now is when I press the idrive menu button, the screen is flickering, then on and off and shows the MMI box car logo, then starts in CarPlay screen. Can’t reset idrive screen holding the volume button down, Any ideas? F31 2013
