I know it's less important with a diesel and maybe missing the point, but I noticed that the 335i ppk gives a sharper throttle response in sport mode and also adds more 'burble' to the exhaust note... Just curious if the 330d ppk does any of this?

My dealer has quoted me £1200 fitted inc VAT. I have M sport brakes already.

Sadly not, I picked up my new car yesterday, but the kit didn't come from Germany in time to fit.

Well this is kind of a blessing in a way as the new car feels tighter than the car I handed back, so comparison would have been off in the first place. I now get to feel the difference when it is fitted. Next week fingers crossed.

I'll be keen to hear what it's like and maybe I'll be persuaded to downgrade (or should I say upgrade) my 335d order

Ha... I'd have thought a good remap on the 330d would be little easier!

Nisfan .No up date yet? I emailed hartage, there uk distributor got back to me

http://www.birdsauto.com/tuning/sear...3955&pg=12&mi=

£2100 is alot, but they say it can be returned if not happy. Its all been fully tested and passed by german standards so there isn't worries about limp mode.

Really interested on how u like your mod.

No update yet, I suspect the kit is in at the dealers, but my contact is on holiday this week. I have been too busy to chase it up unfortunately.

Hopefully it will get fitted in the next week or two.

Won't be a match for the Hartge kit, that is awesome

Due in at dealer any minute, was only received in the UK early this week.

Car booked in for it's 'before' dyno run wednesday. Hopefully kit installed Thursday and after run on Friday.

I am also awaiting delivery of the powerkit that I ordered two weeks ago. The dealer is going to make further contact on 9 August so I am hoping to have it fitted week beginning 12 August.

Don't do it. Just use your butt dyno.

Ha, my butt dyno says washing the car gives another 100hp, so not always accurate.

The dyno run is to satisfy the engineer in me, I want hard numbers

Found some recent, and impressive, before/after measurements using RaceLogic over at a German forum:

I had the kit fitted last week. IMO, it's worth the cost (17000 SEK) and there is a significant change in how the car behaves when pushed. I can defenetly tell that there is a difference in performance.

That's good to know. Please tell us more e.g. is there much of a difference at the low end or is it just on acceleration? Does 17000 equate to about £1680?
