I have made another payment and there are 12 payments left. This means that it's an even better deal for you, as the math is now: 12 x ~$650 = $7800. $7800 - $4900(MSDs returned) = $2900. $2900 + $500 BMW assumption fee = $3400.

$3400 out of pocket.

Mileage is 18,891 as of today.

im in NY and i dont think they do MSD's so what then?

You would still get the $4900 deposit returned to you. This is an existing BMW Financial Services contract, and is in no way related to current BMW lease programs.
