So recently my front bumper on my car (2015 428i GC) has gotten quite the beating. I'm not sure if it's due to the way I drive or the roads in phoenix but the bumper tells the story. Anyways, I'm wondering what advice anyone has for replacing it in a cost efficient manner. It's an m-sport as well.

Do I go to the dealer or get it online from ECS or something like that?

What color paint and how well do you want it to look and fit on your car.....with a 10 being stock OEM.

It's the regular black color and obviously I would love to have an OEM looking replacement but I would be ok with a 7/10 as long as it's not sticking out like a sore thumb.

There is no regular black.

Its Jet Black and Black Sapphire Metallic....and BSM is very hard to match as are all metallics.

A 7 out of a 10 would stick out to many people if they were actually looking at it critically. Not so if just driving by.

But if 7 is ok with you, no need for OEM parts. The aftermarkets on eBay or ECS are roughly $250 cheaper than the lowest price OEM.

For a cheap paint job you can probably get it done for $300.

I wouldn't....but you be you.
