DME Bench Unlock around Central TX?

Hey guys I just bought a CPO '19 440 GC xDrive which I assume to be locked (haven't checked with MHD yet but will soon). Anyone have any shop recommendations around College Station/Houston that can unlock my DME?

Not sure if you're still looking but I went to DME tuning off of 59 west of 610

So, do know if these people would help me, see I tried to make a copy of my key and now nothing works,doors wouldn't lock/unlock lights windows you name it, so reading I came to know that I'm not the first on doing this. So I would really appreciate any help into gow to restore my FEM coding.
