Has anybody installed this blow off valve for their n20/n26?

Here is the video that I originally found the product from.

https://www.forgemotorsport.com/Reci...uct--1351.html

Here is the link to the product.

I am tempted to buy it and try to throw it on myself but not sure about whether or not the product can be trusted. The sound this one makes is super different compared to the diverter valve upgrade and I've heard that with the upgraded spring on the diverter valve, the spring will loosen up overtime and the flutter noise will get quieter. Wondering if anybody on here has had this installed on their n20/n26 before?

It works no problem. A little involving to install, but holds boost better than stock and the GFB DV+ upgrade.

This valve is better than GFB diverter valve?

The forge Motorsport recirculating and vent to atmosphere, and the CTS Turbo BOV is better than the GFB DV+.

In my experience, the GFB DV+ will leak when you are pushing more than 22 psi of boost.

No install video, but there is a pdf of instructions under instructions:

If you ask me it controls boost better than the gfb as well in all modes.

I would prefer we accept the forge Motorsport recirculating valve over the gfb for everyone but you know, youtube shows all the videos of flutter with gfb.

I see. I already swapped my stock with GFB and it was painful enough that I don’t want to go over the same installation…

I guess i will have to live with the GFB.

On the other hand, i also realized that i bought my GFB at $140, so the forge is almost at double the cost of GFB.

It's easier to install, don't need special tools or to loosen the turbo to install, but give it go if you ever want to do it again.
