Exclamation F30 Drivetrain codes HELP??

Hey y'all. Here is how my car is currently equipped.

2013 328i RWD
FTP Charge Pipe/Boost Pipe
MST Turbo Inlet
CFS Intercooler
Mishimoto Air Intake
NO TUNE. STOCK TUNE.

(COIL PACKS & SPARK PLUGS brand new)

Here's a run down: Fitment of the FTP Chargepipe and boost pipe seemed.. "off". I faced complications that I had to over come. All good, we got the parts together nice and tight. But, the FTP Chargepipe's o-ring seemed WAY TOO thick. I tried for HOURS getting the chargepipe to fit on the throttle side, no luck. So i used the oem o-ring from the factory chargepipe. There was play on that end. I have a feeling this is causing a boost leak.

Here's what's happening, car has a slight rough idle, occasionally shuts off during the auto start/stop.. like idles down to off! I have to restart engine.
Kind of jerks and jumps (feels like a misfire) when I accelerate a little hard.

codes that showed up:
102001 (Air Mass too high)
14001 (Misfire, several cylinders, fuel injection is cut out)
150302 (Ignition cylinder 3. cumbustion period too short)

My questions:
Could this be because its a boost leak?
Or bcuz the ecu isnt tuned for the amount of boost im pushing thru on stock?
Bad Fuel Injectors?
High Pressure fuel pump? (or would those codes pop too?)

Thanks so much in advanced
