Look, MPPSK exhaust is very highly in demand. But your post has been here for 2 fairs with zero responders (unless you got some PMs). Either the price is high or you should consider shipping. I heard of a BMW dealer in UK that shops to USA and they sell the exhaust and tune for about $2,300 (I asked around and nobody can answer me who that dealer is). Your exhaust come with no tune and is used. Think about that and GLWS

Oh I almost forgot, we're in 2019 and that means there's going to be a lot of those available off of 36 month lease cars soon.

I too had to laugh at an $1800 used exhaust

It's a neat exhaust. It sounds pretty mean. I would take it for $1200 maybe. But certainly not $1,800 because as I said, there will be a lot more coming beginning the end of this year and next year.

$1200 shipped (I don't care about speed of shipping). It seems to you like a low offer now, don't dismiss it. Keep it in mind if you didn't get anything higher.
You can save on shipping by using freight service.

Yes, plus according to OP it also has 2 bypass valves, 1 on each tailpipe instead of the 1 valve normally...

However, for some reason he has covered up both exhaust pipes with the valves, so idk what the reason is for that

There IS a Y wiring cable shown to be used for 2 valves, so I have no reason to not believe him

Covered with plastic in order to protect during transport and storage. Yes, y cable is used to connect both valves to the car.
