f32 420d not playing usb mp4's on USB

its not showing Videos in more media, just books and something else.

ive looked on youtube and there should be 3 options.

anyone know why?

UPDATE:

now mp4s are playing sound, but still no video option in more media.

is there coding needing to be done?

how do you get this video option?
