Had the paint corrected and I'm so much happier now it's not covered in swirls, holograms and etching from the previous owner.

Do you mind if I ask what you paid for it? Mine is in need of a clean, and just wondering what the going rate is.

Yeah you can...

Autoglym rubber and vinyl care £7 and some elbow grease. No water required and a few microfibres.

It's safe on all plastic, metal and rubber - just be careful around any moving parts/ electrics and apply to microfibre and wipe, rather than spray on.

YouTube cleaning engine bay without water and they have a video on it.

In regards to cleaning the car - I Just bought one of these microfibre towels which is by far the best I've ever had. For the first time I'm able to dry the entire car with one towel.
Even beats the Silverback XL

3rd month of ownership. Becoming a little project, fitted the grills and a upgraded intercooler.
Next I need to source an Alpina gearbox flash and M performance diffusers

Apologies made a mistake in my first post

Ok second time lucky, 2017 35d, 8 months in so far and done a few things already.

Engine

NV Motorsport Stage 1+ (376bhp and 792nm)
CSF Intercooler
Some panel filter can't remember the name of it
xHP Stage 2 gearbox software

Interior

M Performance v1 steering wheel
F8X Paddles
F8X M Performance armrest
F8X M Performance handbrake
F8X Carbon interior
M Performance pedals
M tri-colour seatbelts

Exterior

437M replicas 19x9.5/8.5, RFT's replaced with MPS4S
M240i backbox customised to fit the 35d
IND painted roundels
Gloss black M performance style rear diffuser

Suspension

ACS Springs

Future modifications include M5 front brake conversion and an ACS damper upgrade with adaptive suspension delete. I'd also like a carbon ZF8 gear surround but finding one with perfect fit seems impossible having tried three already. I've also ordered 4x leather interior door handles from a breaking F80 and the M Performannce LED sills. I also want to wrap the door LED strips in matte black. I'll also go 235/265 tyre sizes at some point to reduce the stretch and fill the arches a bit more. Thanks for looking!

That's about as OEM+ as I want to go. It's daily driven and has a bit more about it now both visually and when joining sliproads or overtaking anything.

It's not just been cleaned and it's not in a picturesque location, but after coming back from a walk I thought it looked quite splendid in the sunshine.
