What rotors did you select when the brakes were done 3000 miles ago? OEM?

Still might be worth checking them for flat spots...not unheard of for poorly stored brand new tyres to have flat spots from crappy storage/transport conditions

bsebou21 bringing this back to life, but were you able to figure out the issue? Currently have about 60k miles with brand new rotors, pads, sensors and brake fluid experiencing similar problems to yours. Mainly happens at higher speeds above 60 when I brake a bit harder than the usual, and my car begins to shudder/shake. Feel it mainly in the steering wheel.
I believe it may be the thrust arms/control arms but not too sure.

Love to hear back from any other insight due to your case
