Purchased 2014 BMW 320i with one key. Today came to the car and the key didn't open the car. I thought the battery in the key fob is dead. Replaced the battery, same issue, can't unlock/look/start the car. The only way to unlock is to use a small metal key, and start the car by holding the key fob by the steering wheel column. Tried to start/stop the car several times by holding the key fob by the steering wheel column, hopping it will reset the key or antenna. Didn't help. Connected Autel scanner and ran the test, No fault codes were discovered for the access system. But! when running the Live Date test it says Antena test fault. Not sure if it's an antenna issue. Has anyone had a similar problem? Where is the antenna or antenna module located? Do i need to check a fuse? Thanks in advance.
