i only have about 20k miles and just bought the car wanted to know if this was a problem they have in all 440i?

Not really. No shakes. Occasionally there could be a small „kick" towards the end of the warm up, as sometimes the rpm make a small dive and go up again, but that's it. And even then „shake" would be a strong statement.

Go have it checked.

No shaking/vibrating on startup.
