I've owned this car for 7.5 years now, got it from a dealer as CPO. It has no issues whatsoever, drives great. I can provide all the maintenance records and carfax. The interior is pretty clean, some small wear on the leather. There are some chips and scratches, but nothing major.

I'm selling because I'm moving to a new place without enough parking spots

I'd like to get $12.5k, honestly prefer to sell it to an enthusiast here who's into bimmers.

I plan to take it to a detailer next week, but if you have a preferred detailer or picking up the car before that, I'm willing to take the detailing cost off.
