Bilstein B14 Coilovers fitted today F30... very happy!
I feel like a big weights been lifted from my shoulders after finally making a bloody decision haha!!
After reading endless reviews, forum posts and watching endless videos trying to decide between the Bilstein B14's, B16's, KW's or H&R coilovers flip flopping between them all I finally decided on the B14's after managing to get a quick passenger ride round the block by a local chap who has them on his 330D and being very impressed. Arrived yesterday, fitted today and I am absolutely chuffed with them, completely transform the look of the car and exactly how I wanted them, going for a more aggressive OEM look with all the mods I have done and they fit the bill perfectly. Just going to have a look at some 10mm or 15mm spacers now to finish it off. Ride is absolutely fine, tight, confidence inspiring but not bone shaking by any stretch, again exactly what I hoped for. Some before and after pics at the bottom, they are set to 66 front and 67 rear. If you have ten minutes of your life you don't want back my build journals here lol https://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1860727 Before After Before After Before After Last edited by MatF30UK; 12-06-2022 at 10:29 AM.. |
