Hi,
Using bimmercode I tried the "additional digital speedometer function" which was fine until I put my car into sport mode and it had 2 digital speedos displaying. My OCD couldnt handle it
So then I read that theres a way to code it into BC instead, I didnt have the option in bimmercode, so went into expert mode and coded 3000 KOMBI BC_DIGITAL_V = aktiv, unfortunately even after doing that and coding was successful it didnt appear as an option in BC.

Any help is greatly appreciated

Yes I do. Still didn't solve this. I think I may need to update i-step, but have no idea how to do that.

I'm not exactly sure I understand what you are trying to achieve, but have you tried this:
DKombi -> 3000 Anzeige_konfiguration, 32 -> Digital_Tacho_Enable -> mph_mph = 04, or kmh_kmh = 03
