Try using both spacers. What sets the code is temperature not necessarily CO levels.

do you put both the fouler on both of the sensors on the vrsf

Fouler goes on the downstream sensor. Also years ago we used to put a resister into the o2 sensor wire to show that it was "heated" and didn't trigger the ecu.

So Im not sure if you still have the car or not but whats the update on using the spacers or how did it turn out using them in the long run and how often did you get a cel or how long did it take for it to come back?
