This is what happens when you pull your "xdrive" fuse f32

2015 435i f32
Yesterday I was working with my mechanic to isolate a stumbling acceleration issue. Last thing to check was the tires and or front drive train. The only options were to remove the front drive shaft or to pull fuse #63. So I pulled the fuse and like I assumed the dashboard gave me some warnings. It said stability control disabled and the car went into limp mode.(basically giving it about 50% of normal power) it drove fine but with half power it wasn't any fun, if your goal is to have rwd with 100% power then this isn't the way to do it. It doesn't do any harm to try it, and when I put the fuse back in everything went back to normal. Fuse box located on passenger side engine bay behind the battery hookup. Pop the black plastic cover and it's the bottom fuse on the left side bank. #63

Yes, you will get errors because the VTG module is a node on the FlexRay network, so when it goes down, the lack of communication will throw things into limp mode.

It's still valid for testing, but not for driving.

For driving, 4wd can be coded out, but this is advanced.

I've been waiting for xdelete to make the software available on the f series. You're telling me that individuals have figured out how to code out the xdrive with no issues?

I've done it nearly two years ago.

There's not much to gain besides hooning capabilities, and it definitely won't solve problems with the system. If rwd is desired, buying the rwd version if available is always the best option.
