I must be old. I have no clue what "reffed" is.
CA has made it clear that wishes to stamp out modded vehicles as well as other freedoms. I wouldn't bother poking the bear unless I had deep pockets. It's cheaper to move to a free state, but be sure to pick one with a better water supply. |

What about considering MPPSK? I did that on my 440i and i LOVE it. I would imagine that MPPSK is totally legal in Cali ? You get a mild tune and an amazing sounding exhaust with bubbles and pops and growls. It's more expensive than a third party tune, but . . at least I don't need to worry about cops and passing state inspections. Just an option
