I Have problem Opening the trunk

Hello
I own a 2015 BMW 316i
It's been a while since I've had a weird problem with my car. Problem opening and closing the trunk so that sometimes the trunk of the car is not unlocked but sometimes it is unlocked. This situation lasted for several weeks until the trunk totally got locked and can only be oppend by the emergency handle.
Any suggestion will be appreciated.
Please help to solve this problem.

Hi banias, you would need to check the latch. If you have a scanner try to actuate it from the scanner to see if it is working. look if you didnt activate the valet in the glove box.
