Exhaust Tip
I am looking to upgrade the exhaust tip on my 320. Mainly want one that is a little larger. Any recommendations over the stock exhaust tip?

1) Measure the diameter of the pipe coming out of the muffler that the exhaust tip will slide onto. Just use a tape measure behind your stock exhaust tip to get the circumference of the pipe. Then divide the circumference by 3.1416 to get the pipe diameter. Convert it to millimeters if it's in inches. I have seen 60mm (stock F30 335i muffler pipe) and 70mm (F30 335i MPPK muffler pipe) but I'm sure that there are others. 2) Measure the length of your stock exhaust tip from back to front. You'll need that in millimeters too. 3) Measure the diameter of your existing exhaust tip exit opening. You'll need that to have an idea of how much bigger to go. I went from 81mm MPPK chrome exhaust tips to 92mm carbon fiber tips. There are many exhaust tip finishes to choose from: chrome, burnt chrome, black, carbon fiber, etc. I changed my MPPK chrome exhaust tips from chrome to carbon fiber. I took a chance and the carbon fiber was high quality from China. See photos. Hope this helps! |

Those tips look real nice. And for a second, I thought my eyes were playing tricks with me. I was wondering why your car looked like it was photoshopped on (in the thumbnail). Very nice car cover!!!
