JL Audio XD600/1V2/LC2i/PNP Technic BMW HK Harness w/ wiring & fuse that came out when was removed. Amp is very lightly used as I had the sub out of the car most of the time to use the trunk. The system slammed when I had hooked up to a 10w6v2. Willing to ship for addition cost to cover it.

Is this a replacement for the factory HK amp or a separate amp just for a sub?

No it's not. This is just to tack on an amp to power a sub.
