Timing is pretty bad and your WGDC seems excessively high and a bit "wavy" for only 15-17 psi, especially on an upgraded turbo. I've seen lower WGDC nearing 20psi with stock turbo. I would switch to the 91 map to hopefully improve timing and power consistency and perhaps consider doing a pressure/smoke test for a boost leak.

I should run a 91 map on 93 octane? Also I’m leaking a little oil

Yes, 91 map with 93 fuel. Running higher octane fuel than map is common, especially if you gas quality isnt very good. Of course, never do the opposite.

The oil leak should not be a factor in the datalog but of course you should fix that...

Ok thanks just tried the 91 map it’s much more smoother just feels like the turbo isn’t able to get much power out of stage 2 91 map

Your fuel quality is probably the limiting factor in how much power you are going to be able to make. If you have access to E85, mixing that for the ethanol maps is probably the easiest way to make more power with OTS maps.
