I expect this (and the B3) will be the best selling Alpina(s) to date, I read there is already a waiting list for these

Coral red looks so much better on f30 sedans. Can't stand the "extended plastic" red dash on the f32.

Anyway, this car here is fugly, IMO. I'm sure its a beast to drive and will probably be reviewed exceptionally well (Alpina), but ... Ugly wheels, awkward exhaust, sits high, basic after thought looking spoiler, ...

i prefer it when they put the ALPINA placard on the ceiling....and ALPINA pls somehow introduce a D3 with a smaller engine like the last D3, that definitely would sell better than this 3.0 diesel.

I am in love with that red interior. Is it an Alpina only color? It seems a lot brighter than the standard red.

With those wheels they really need a larger rotor. slotted, cross drilled or both.

What's the point? They wouldn't even use/include all the add-ons that comes with M-Sport anyway. I'm pretty sure all the modifications done for the Alpina cars are all done from/by Alpina thus having any prior modifications before it getting to Alpina pointless because it would be removed anyway.

Diesels have unreal torque. Beautiful car by the way. Right now regular is $2.90 and diesel is $3.60, kind of discouraging for diesel enthusiasts.

Isn't comparing the price of premium in your area a better comparison?

Even though many of the options would be replaced, the front bumper and steering wheel from a M-Sport would make this car look much better.

Drove the D3 F31 last week as xdrive. Impressive car, quite fast, very efficient but no sound from the exhaust, that was disapointing. Afterwards we drove the B3 F30, what a difference. D3 is for the money, B3 is for the heart!

I agree it would be better to start with an M Sport-seats, bumpers etc.

Not a fan of the quad pipes either but overall a lovely car and a great blend of performance and economy. Great company car!

I saw the D3 in Havana last week together with B4 Biturbo Coupe at the secret preview. Both are stunning.

It's a great car and I really like the exterior, including the spoiler and the quad exhaust. I do find however that 20" wheels are just a bit too large (not even speaking about their other disadvantages) - at least the D3 comes stock with 19" unlike the B3.

I don't like the interior (always hated red), but tastes differ.

You're right, but I was only thinking of the M Sport aerodynamic kit (specially the front). I find the Alpina front boring as they've been throwing that standard front lip on all series and generations!
