Has anyone figured out a way to decouple the steering wheel stiffness from the suspension stiffness on a car with adaptive suspension?

I want light steering combined with stiff suspension. I'm in SoCal if there is anyone local who can do this for me.

Yes, that‘s possible by coding.
For that you get a new settings button in the iDrive menu.
Then you can select if the drive or chassis of both are influenced when switching to sport mode.

This is EXACTLY what I'm looking for. How do I get this done? I'm not very familiar with coding but if it's easy I'm willing to learn. Thanks man for the response!

These settings do not decouple steering from suspension adjustments, both of those fall under "Chassis". If you enable the sport setting for chassis then the steering becomes heavier and the shocks get stiffer, as far as I know they cannot be enabled separately.

Yes I already have this chassis vs drivetrain option. I misunderstood the first response. Chassis does indeed stiffen suspension AND steering. How do I code the car so only suspension stiffens but steering does not stiffen?

That's not possible.
At least I don't know any way and have never heard / read about it.
