My Golf R "for the missus" arrived yesterday too

I might have to write up something when I've covered a few more miles... initial impression, it is a fantastic car, but definitely a hot-hatch. In the market for a family estate I'd take the 335d hands down.

That being said, the 335d has never delivered as much fun as the Golf R did on a quick blast on some B-roads this afternoon! I'm gonna take the Golf for a month of commuting to get it run in and see how I get on with it.

Went to VW today and.... They won't have one until August!
Also no deals are expected only a £1250 deposit contribution, as for cheap lease deals they say they doubt the agents would get a car for that!
