I got this code when my car wouldn't start the other day. I reset it and unplugged the lpfp blew it out, plugged it back in and it started. Happened again today but this time I had the 249300 rail pressure too low, reset it and no start again. So I did the plug on the lpfp again, reset it and that car started again. Maybe the plug thing is a fluke. Anyone have this code and what did you do to fix it? I was thinking the fuel pump control module. I just recently did the hpfp, injectors, the fuel rail valve and pressure sensor and added the TME filter. I also replaced the DDE relay and LPFP before the HPFP.
