New bosch battery from aa
After 10.5 years on original battery I decided to replace it as battery charger indicated its about to go kaputt, best deal I found was for a Bosch S5 A13 from the AA £284 fitted with 5yr warranty.

I guess its a fair price considering the battery cost online £175 and you did not have to fittle with some tool. And the best part AA come to you instead of a trip to garage.
Hopefully AA also registered the new battery too. Maybe the AA warranty better as the online retailers 5 warranty not worth the paper its printed on. You make a claim and they request you send the battery back to them for testing..in the meantime your car is stuck without a battery. |

That's quite steep TBH; but if you haven't the tools/time/patience to do the swap then fair enough
That battery is here via Tayna: https://www.tayna.co.uk/car-batteries/bosch/s5a13/ £170 A Creator C410 code reader via Amazon is c£55 and worth having in your arsenal IMO; it'll also register a like for like battery https://www.amazon.co.uk/Creator-Bat...s%2C165&sr=8-4 Both still a good saving over what the AA have charged Therein though; still hell of a lot cheaper than what BMW would charge!
