Memory button touch not working

Just wondering if anyone else has had this. The capacitive touch (when you hover your finger on the button to see what’s saved) of the memory buttons (number 5) no longer works. Pressing the button works fine and the capacitive touch of all of the other buttons work fine.

I don’t know enough about it to know if it can be fixed, I’m happy to take stuff to bits and try to fix, just can’t see anyone else having had this experience.

I haven't had this issue so it's a shot in the dark, maybe it needs to be wiped down or hit with some compressed air.

Might want to find a way to remove the '5' button and see what's going on behind it.

Good luck.
