New F34 Owner
I picked up a nice 15 335i GT last week, my first BMW in about 15 or so years. I used to be an E30 freak, having had an 88 SuperETA sedan, 89 M3 and a 90 325iC. Got tempted by those lovely I6's in Supras, both Mk3 and Mk4, but mostly Mk3.
I was in an auto accident about 2 months ago, and not getting any younger, has made it more difficult for me to get into and out of, mainly out as getting in is more like a semi-graceful fall, my Supras. Liked the 4-series GC's, but didn't solve my ingress-egress problem. Liked the X3, but I'm not really into the ride/handling characteristics of those. This F34 sure is the Goldilocks of BMWs! I have been reading and lurking on this and other forums to learn about what BMW has done in the past decade and a half, and it's allot!! These ain't my E30's!! So I look up my past go to parts sources, mainly BavAuto and BMP Design, only to find they are non-existent... I still see Turner Motorsport is still around and ECS Tuning, but what are other vendors that are trustworthy and sell replacement parts at decent prices? TIA!! |

FCP Euro is 1000% a go to parts source. Waranty, service, shipping, top notch company.

I've sourced parts from Turner / ECS, Burger and I second FCP Euro for sure.
I've watched a LOT of the Kies Motorsports YT videos over the years; pretty much any question or how to has been covered between there and here. Most of them cover the F30 but for what I've needed, it has applied to F34 as well. He has moved from just the videos to parts supplier, and I've used them a few times and had a good experience. |

I've been buying everything from FCP Euro as well. The prices seem fair and delivery is super fast....of course I live 90 minutes away so that helps. They have good How-To videos as well. I also like the videos that Kies Motorsports has.

Thank you all!! Things have changed since I last had BMW's. My favorite was BavAuto, always had good prices and awesome support.
Also, how is this forum about posting in General F30 about questions about the F34, but is also related to other F3x's? The reason I ask, is the Supra forums, while VERY knowledgeable, started getting really toxic lately, mainly due to the new Mk5 Supra and new owners of anything other than the Mk4 Supra. |

There's a lot of kiddies in the general forum who don't get the F34. You learn how to ignore them. F34 owners in general tend to be older and wiser, and if not older still wiser.

This exactly! the F34 speaks from a place of poise, comfort and wisdom lol. My past Bimmers included an e39 528 and an e46 330. The space, comfort and practicality of the f34 aligns with where I am at mentally these days .
