I can sometimes drive over 20 miles before i get to 170F trans temp. It takes a long time for the trans to get warm. Its procedural for a reason, i think you need to repeat the fill procedure properly and not guess, its a big risk.

Hey everyone so I discovered the cause of my transmission problems. Turned out I didn’t fill the trans all the way because I made the dumb mistake of forgetting that the engine needs to be running while you fill the fluid 🤦*♂️. So if anyone ever experiences the issues I stated be sure you have plenty of fluid.

I filled it up and it seems to be back to normal again, still get the strange jolt every once in a while so I may get new plugs and gap them a bit bigger and see what it does.
