Meguiar's Waterless Wash and Wax on Engine Bay?

Can I use Meguiar's waterless wash and wax on my engine bay using a detail brush and microfiber?

Use of any "waterless" product on a soiled car is strongly discouraged!

Apart from that, not sure what you'd be trying to achieve with such a product in the engine bay? It is neither a strong cleaner, nor a sealant intended for plastic.
There are much more suitable products for cleaning the engine bay and especially for preserving/sealing it. For the latter they need to be able to tolerate high temperatures typical for that area.

I guess you can use it, but you're not going to get the results that an appropriate detergent and rinse will.

Could you recommend some to me? It was all I had and I was in the mood to do some cleaning.

Sure. Fur the engine bay I use and can highly recommend:

1. Cleaning - Koch Chemie Green Star

2. Sealing and preserving - Koch Chemie Motorplast

This one is specifically made for the engine bay and is high temperature resistant and easy to apply. Leaves a great finish.

That looks beautiful nice job! When you say rinse how do you rinse it off?

Low pressure water.
My pressure washer has a “soap” nozzle that I actually use instead for rinsing by keeping the soap tank empty.

Simple Green will attack aluminum, so be very careful about how long you leave it applied and make sure it all comes off.

I have used griots engine cleaner and engine dressing. They seem to work well.

I have a 10:1 dilution for cleaning and use a 1:1 for wheels.

Been doing it for 30 years now.
It’s not nearly as bad as straight Castro super power which is far far far more acidic.

My engine bay wasn't too bad, but I sprayed Ammo waterless wash on it, as they recommend, and it seemed to work pretty good. You still have to wipe it off, but it appeared to get most the grime and dust off all the plastic and metal. Anything you miss evaporates away which also makes it way easier.

An easy way to get a spot free result is to do a final rinse with distilled water, applied with a pump sprayer. A gallon will do it, and considering how infrequently you need to wash the engine bay it's not all that expensive at a dollar.
