I will be doing ED soon.

Is it possible to remove the speed limiter? BMW in Germany can do it, but I won't have time to spend a day at the dealer. BMW in the USA says they can't do it.

So is it possible, and if so, how?

Why?
You can't speed that much anyways in the US.

You can do it before you put 10hrs of driving on it, I think it's in DME->VMAX. It has been discussed somewhere on here.

you can on travks, and thats not the point. its a matter of it shouldnt be on there. saying 180ish is too fast, but 155 is ok just makes no sense. i can see if they put it on so people wouldnt kill the engine, but that aint the reason
