Hey guys, random question... I'm still learning the ropes on my F30 so bear with me. I was testing my adaptive xenons the other night at a standstill facing a wall. I found that when I turned the wheel right the lights sure enough would turn with the wheel and point to the right.
However, when I turned the wheel to the left, the lights did not move... They twitched a little, but did not do turn with the wheels...
Is this normal? If not my warranty is up in a few months so I will be taking it in to get looked at.

This doesn't sound normal mate. I can confirm my lights turn left when I turn the steering wheel to the left. I also noticed that they sync by automatically moving from left and right when I start the car. I've never seen them "stutter" or twitch.

Yes, it is normal. When you are at a standstill the lights do not turn to the left to prevent blinding oncoming drivers as you wait to make a left turn.

Ha, that makes perfect sense.
But, Jeff C says his do turn left... Perhaps when moving this kicks in? I haven't really tested it out on a dark road at night to be fair, maybe I'll buzz around and see if this kicks in when the car is moving.

Mine is the same. As was my previous F30.

They do turn to the left when the car is moving.
