The dealers are probably offering incentives now to clear out their MY14 models. I don't think there was much difference between MY14 and MY15. At this time of the year, do you think it's a good idea to get the MY14 as you'll be saving money over the MY15?

If leasing, go for the MY14 (more discount, factory credit and better interest rate but the residual will be offset by being lower as well). Your objective is to get the lowest monthly payment.
I think the October factory credit gives like $1500 or 2500? + whatever discount you can get off from the dealer side. Not bad ... but not the greatest. |

How can we know what are the factory credits at any point in time?
Would dealer be obligated (if asked) to disclose those, or they'd just use those to their advantage in negotiations? I.e. present the factory credit as their own discount to us, so we'd think we're getting a good deal. |

When i was looking at 13 vs 14 in december the 13 was about 800 bucks cheaper over the entire lease period. I ended up going with the 14 due to the minimal difference.
