This may be a stupid question. But I have the rear wheel drive 320i and I’m wondering if there’s any fluid that needs to be changed in the front axle. I recognize it doesn’t necessarily have a differential, I don’t think, because it’s not all wheel drive? Maybe I’m wrong just want clarity. I just changed the rear differential fluid which was really simple. Thanks in advance for the help.

Nothing to change in the front.

In the old days, you had to re-pack the bearings with new grease; a very nasty job.
