Gear Unlock Key Transfer Help

Hello. How do we transfer the unlock key here ?

If the gear unlock button is down there, how are you going to engage a gear?
I mean, then you need 2 hands, because at the same time pressing the button, the gear lever must be pressed forward or backward.

You are trying to retrofitting m dct gear stick on non dct?
