N55 PWG dyno numbers

Hey folks, I am looking to gather some information from folks that own an N55 with PWG. I am trying to compare boost drop off and basically compare my dyno/datalogs with other PWG owners.

Pictures of dyno runs would be greatly appreciated!

I doubt you will see many people with stock turbo pwg dyno logs as most skip straight to ps2. The best thing you could have done or could still do is to dyno the car on stock map and compare to your stage 2 numbers to get the full picture of the gains and not be so worried about the actual numbers.

Also I saw your log in the other post and looks completely normal for stock turbo pwg, excellent timing and looks smooth.

336whp on a stage 2 setup? Isn't that a bit low, or is that on par for PWG cars?

Seems about normal. The problem is the boost drop off with stock PWG turbo. The boost/torque are falling faster than RPM is increasing, so you aren't really making more power with additional RPM. But they still make full boost right on tip in so they make good torque.

Gotcha. Nothing a bit more turbo can't solve

PS2 turbo and meth injection. Tuning done by PureBoost (Fabian) - only tuner I can recommend for PWG.

With that kind of power curve, does the car feel naturally aspirated?

When on boost it does indeed. You can feel it is pulling stronger as the rpm climb which is really cool. I requested a tune like this especially for that "NA feel" but also to minimize load on the drive train.

Reason for the drop off at the end is the TCU preparing to hit the RPM limiter (code 2048).

Can see here how flat the load curve is
