I am the 2nd owner of this beautiful 2017 440i Gran Coupe. I bought it certified a little over a year ago and the CPO warranty is still valid until Jan 2022. The car has no issues whatsoever and has been garage kept since I've owned it. I am only selling the vehicle as I am now working remotely 100% and no longer have a need for this vehicle in my household. I have not made any modifications to the engine in order to preserve the warranty. Current mileage is ~36,500. Car is fully paid off, so title on hand. Tags are paid till Jan 2022. Please see the following list of exterior modifications:

1. OEM M Performance rear diffuser - Had this paint matched by a professional paint shop (I still have the original diffuser that I can include with vehicle purchase)
2. OEM 437M Rims - Purchased from an M4 owner (previous 442M wheels are not included)
3. Front reflector delete - Purchased paint match reflectors from iND
4. Removed 440i emblems on the trunk

1. Driver Assistance Package
2. Lighting Package
3. M Sport Package
4. Technology Package
5. OEM M Performance Exhaust w/carbon fiber tips
6. OEM M Performance Spoiler

Beautiful car! It's almost exactly like mine that I purchased roughly the same time as you. I also have been considering downsizing vehicles (currently 3 for 2 drivers at my house) since COVID has us both working from home.

I may have missed it, but what is the mileage?

Since OP never said, yes that exhaust is the M Performance Exhaust which is essentially just an axle back. It doesn't have a tune associated with it and the exhaust does not have a valve like the MPPSK.

Apologize for the late response. Kunk is absolutely correct. It does not have the tune it is just the m performance exhaust.
