The Dealership Lost my FOB!

They did. And I have since apologized for getting angry over it.

Yes, it should arrive on Saturday. Until then my car is sitting on the dealer's lot, as I bought the car used and never got a second FOB. I really didn't mean to flame the dealership or the Service Advisor (which is why I deleted my angry post). They were great. I guess my biggest issue was the lack of urgency displayed. When the SA asked the porter (who had just moved my car out of the service bay) where the key was, he just shrugged and made no attempt to look for it. Mistakes are made. Nobody's fault. It's all good.

How are they going to program your new fob without the fob that operates your car?

How did they start your car to move it out if FOB was missing?

Pretty clear where to look for it.

No idea. Got the car back last night with a new FOB.
