Full screen Carplay?

I was wondering if wide screen Carplay is possible. I have a 2018 440i with a Non Touch screen head unit with working Carplay but it only uses half the screen and I don't see an option to change that.
I have both a bimmerlink and bimmercode (with bluetooth dongle) and updated my headunit with (I presume) the latest software version.

hi u need the Update the headunit not the telefon media hmi.
I can activate carplay fullscreen for you. you can send me your VIN and I'll see which one you have.
