Band / Singer involved in fatal aviation crash or missing flight
I wanted to see if you could add to this list of notable bands / singers who lost their life in an aviation crash or went missing on a flight.
I am interested specifically in singers / bands only, as opposed to other famous people. Also, where the fatality occurred as part of an aviation accident or missing flight. Building this out of curiosity only. Any help - appreciated - thank you. Starting point :

You know you can google this right? There are tons of this exact list on the net.
I'll add Aaliyah but too tired to get the details. Sorry.

You can't include Buddy Holly without including Ritchie Valens and J.P. Richardson ("The Big Bopper"). They died on the same plane flight -- "The Day the Music Died"

As a musician who is turning 27 this week, I am very glad that I don't fly on airplanes very often. That's a double whammy. Thank goodness my band sucks, otherwise I'd be in real trouble.
