Beeping noise

Hi

Has anyone come across this issue before? My car has developed this beeping noise on a cold start and it stays on even when it has reached normal temperature

It's a 2017 67plate 430i with the B48 engine with 27k miles

It's been diagnosed in ista and no fault errors stored

Looks like a pcv valve problem so a full valve cover replacement should be done.

Can the pcv valve cover not be bought on its own?

Some people do rebuild it eg buy spring and membrane. But if you honestly get to the stage of taking it apart IMO buy whole valve cover as mentioned above. Its kind of medium to hard job to do depending on experience.

PS: are you sure its valve cover?
