Newcastle tends to go for Pease Pudding - nice bit of butchers ham, a stottie and fresh pease pudding (with a touch of mustard) - fucking perfect

The first proper business trip I had to Athens we went out for a meal and I discovered the Greeks also know the value of Pease Pudding although they call it Fava.

Germans as well, pop to Berlin etc and try erbspuree.
