Hello everyone.

I just bought a pair of Brembo M performance FRONT calipers (the blue ones) for my F32 that I want to install by next week.
As shown in the picture my f32 came with the grey unpainted front Brembo calipers. My question is:

Do I need to change the front rotors? Do I need to make any modification? Or just switch the calipers?
I believe for these M blue brembos I need the 370mm rotors, but both brembo calipers (the blue ones and the grey stock) look pretty similar to me.

Any information is greatly appreciated!

Yes the blue ones need 370mm rotors and the grey ones need 340mm rotors.

The blue caliper mount is slightly extended compared to the grey one.

Look on the back of the blue calipers because they also came in a 340mm variant which wouldn't need a new rotor. There's always a marking on them to dictate which carrier/rotor it uses.

Also, you should probably do this kind of research before you purchase parts.

Ah yeah, that is true. Looking at the pictures it does seem to look like its a 370mm variant with the extended mounted point.

This one should say 370/380 actually but as far as I know would only work with the 370mm on none M cars.

It's the same for M cars. The mounting holes on their upright is at a 10mm offset to make up for the larger rotor.

I just wanted to clarify for OP because you said "There's always a marking on them to dictate which carrier/rotor it uses." these say "370/380" on the back but that doesn't mean we can use a 380mm rotor as that's only if these are mounted on an M car. I understand the difference.

So all in all, OP should get 370mm rotors.

Sorry to hijack the thread, but I believe OP's questions have been answered.

I'm currently looking at the possibility of purchasing a set of blue F80 front+rear calipers. Does this mean I'd need 380mm or 370mm rotors for my F32? I'm unsure what dictates the sizing difference - is it the mount?

You would use 370mm rotors.

The actual Knuckle/Carrier that the entire caliper mounts to is different between M Cars and ours.
